Why didn't I get the OTP code?

Your personal information will be processed for account opening as required by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). We will not use your personal information without your permission, as stated in the Privacy Policy.

Why should I fill my personal information?

Follow these steps to open an account one Bank Saqu App:<ol><li>Install Bank Saqu App from the Google Playstore or Apple App Store</li><li>Click Open an Account from the Bank Saqu app</li><li>Fill in your active phone number and email, and promo code if you have any</li><li>Enter the verification code we sent to the registered number</li><li>Create and confirm your password</li><li>Take a photo of your e-KTP</li><li>Complete your information on the identification verification page</li><li>Take selfies</li><li>Complete the personal information page</li><li>Read and agree with the T&amp;C</li><li>Wait for confirmation</li><li>Your account has been opened successfully!</li></ol>
