Having been involved in the world of strategy and technology consulting, Leonardo Koesmanto started his career in the banking world by serving as Senior VP, Head of Cards at Bank HSBC, then served as Head of Marketing & Corporate Branding at Maybank. His banking career began by building one of the first digital banks in Indonesia, namely DBS Bank through the position of Managing Director, Head of Digital Bank. Based on the September 16 2022 GMS, and after undergoing the process of passing the Fit and Proper Test from the OJK, he officially served as President Director of Bank Jasa Jakarta.

Leonardo Kusmanto

Handrie Wirawan started his business career as an entrepreneur since 1972 and then in 1984 joined Bank Jasa Jakarta, with his first appointment as President Director at the Extraordinary GMS on 19 April 1984. Based on the GMS on 16 September 2022, he was reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors and officially served as Deputy President Director as of November 16, 2022.

Handrie Wirawan 

Emanuela Tanubrata started her career at Bank Jasa Jakarta since 1989 by holding various positions in the Credit Sector, starting from Credit Staff, Assistant Credit Manager, Credit Manager, General Manager, Credit Director and since 2005 has served as Deputy President Director. Based on the GMS on 16 September 2022 he was reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors and officially served as Director as of 16 November 2022.

Emanuela Tanubrata

Leka Madiadipoera started her career as a Consultant in the field of taxation at Arthur Andersen. After that, he began his career in banking at HSBC Bank with various positions in finance for approximately 11 years with his last position as Senior VP, Asset and Liability Management. Then he joined Bank Permata in various positions for 6 years with his last position as Executive VP, Wholesale Banking and Syariah. Prior to joining PT Bank Jasa Jakarta, he joined Bank QNB Indonesia as Director of Finance which was then continued with GoTo Financial. Based on the GMS on September 16 2022, and after undergoing the process of passing the Fit and Proper Test from the OJK, he officially served as Director of Bank Jasa Jakarta.

Leka Madiadipoera

With a portfolio and 35 years of professional career experience within the Astra Group, mostly in leadership roles in the automotive and financial services divisions, as well as serving as a Director at PT Astra International Tbk. As one of the Directors of PT Astra International Tbk (since 2014 - present), he has successfully optimized business operations within the conglomerate's diversified business units (ecosystem groups) and implemented business synergies that require strong leadership in banking and other financial services within the group.

Suparno Djasmin

Zulkifli Zaini officially became an Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Jasa Jakarta in November 2023. With 36 years of experience in the banking industry and state-owned enterprises (BUMN), he has built an extensive career. He started his journey in banking in 1988 at Bank Pembangunan Indonesia (Bapindo), which later became Bank Mandiri. Over time, he took on several roles, eventually becoming President Director.

Zulkifli has also served as President Director of PLN (Persero), held a position as Commissioner at PT Bank Permata Tbk, and worked as an Independent Commissioner at Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk. He is now also the President Commissioner of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Holding (Persero).

Zulkifli Zaini

Ilya Avianti became an Independent Commissioner at PT Bank Jasa Jakarta in 2023. She has over 30 years of experience in finance and government since she began her career. Currently, she is a Professor of Accounting, Head of the Accounting Department, Chair of the Faculty Senate, and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Padjadjaran University. She also works as a Senior Advisor at RSM Indonesia.

In the past, she has served as Chair of the Audit Board and a Commissioner at the Financial Services Authority (OJK), a Public Financial Auditor at the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), a Commissioner at PLN (Persero), and Chair of the Advisory Board for the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) in West Java.

Ilya Avianti

Ernest has over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Currently the President and Group Chief Operating Officer of WeLab, a leading pan-Asian fintech platform operating in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Indonesia, Ernest is responsible for driving continuous business growth across the region. Prior to joining WeLab, he was the Singapore CEO and APAC COO at BNP Paribas Wealth Management. He previously held several leadership roles across Asia with extensive experience ranging from corporate strategy, business creation and transformation, to chief executive and board responsibilities across consumer & private banking.
